Great news in Ohio: The city of Mansfield has abolished their "pitbull" ban while also working to strengthen their breed-neutral regulations. Quoting the safety committee chairman: "The ban is not working". Mansfield joins a growing list of cities and towns that have repealed ineffective Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) in favor of stronger breed-neutral regulations that are proven to be more effective for public safety.
